Once your order is dispatched, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery. Delivery may take slightly longer for remote areas.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available to receive the parcel. If the customer is unavailable or the provided phone number is switched off or unreachable, the courier may return the parcel to us.

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be shared with the customer once the order has been dispatched.
